filetype not supported

I tried mp3, mp4, wav and it keeps coming up as the first step error I am using a Mac computer and I can't figure this out I am trying to make a ringtone any advice will sure help I am new here

Reason might be many. Upload that files to another website, such as www.mediafire.com
it would be of great help, so developers can figure out why some MP3's can't be uploaded.

hey i could really use some help... i have a mac and i have NO clue how to create songs into ringtones, and when ever i try zedge (or my computer) wont even let me select it bc its a .m4a. and i have tryed changing it to a .mp3 and it keeps poping up as filetype not supported... PLEASE HELP
