Does anyone know how to change the sound that the person hears when they call you?

You mean the "beep beep beep"? suppose this does not change. i dont know your phone provider. some, got service that puts music over this annoying calling sound. Check it from there first. Hope i understood well and you didnt mean the ringtone. Ringtones change via settings, depending the phone, everytime.
