can i download skype in the pc then tronsfer it to my phone samsung galaxy s2 !! is that possible !!

Yes it can.

You can put the file anywhere on your internal or external sd, connect using USB Storage mode and then drag and drop. Use a file manager on the phone to click on the APK file.

you will need the following option:

Menu > Settings > Applications > tick 'Unkown Sources'
