Opening of wallpapers in nokia 6303

Some of the images are not opening in my nokia 6303c mobile when i open it says not enough memory. Eventhough lot of free space is aviablale. Why is this so? Why some images will not open?

some of the pics are extra large size .. u can say above the capacity of your cell phone .
same thing with u also .

You don't have the amount of megabytes that is required to open images or may be those images are bad coded.

Post # 2 is your correct solution. You have to convert and low their sizes.

Ya what he is saying is correct but the wallpapers are opening in other phones which have small screen than my phone!
