Definitely The Arc S
has a bigger screen with a higher number of pixel density
has a resolution of 720P HD while the neo L has a 480 x 854 resolution display
has scratch resistant glass
has 32Gb internal storage
12MP camera and a Dual core 1.5ghz CPU

its waay better than the Neo L

arc S has better specs, but the new line of sony phones might be better designed and constructed. also they might get better tech support in the future. however i love my arc S and it has a great screen, it takes superb pictures and videos in HD. do rememeber that a bigger screen usually means shorter battery life.
