I downloaded a number of awesome ringtones to my iphone 4s....followed the directions....emailed them, however they did not go to my itunes as a ringtone.....they showed up as mp4r's or mp3s....anyway, it's frustrating and I can't wait to ditch this iphone for an android.....any help would be greatly appreciated....the files show in my downloads on my computer.....which is a windows 7.....thanks so much!

I am also having this problem. I tried to download from email and it didn't work as well as saving them on my windows 7 pc. I was able to supposedly sync them with my iphone 4s but I can't find them on my phone. please help
