(rediffBOL didnt wrking......in my pc)

hi all i cannt signin from a soft called rediff bol . I have an lava 730G mobile broadband USB stick...... When i tries to login they show error "We are unable to signin ............". Check out the screenshot . If anyone have the solution plz share it. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

There can be many reasons, check proxy under settings tab of modem and rediffbol, both should be same
