My phone doesn't seem to allow operator logos. The option is there, but its whited out (lighter, as in disabled) is there any way to enable it?

I have the same problem when i press it it says no logos in phone memory how do i get a logo into the phones memory ive got the data cable dku-2 and the software for it ive even managed to get the blank operator logo onto the phone but its as if the phone cant find it
any help would be most appreciated

go and find the free trail for 'Oxygen Phone Manager II'. i am using the trail with a DUK-5 cable and if i put the blank logo onto the phone first then read from phone, there is an option to set it as your operator logo... hope this helps

yeah there is... download a logo that or recieve 1!!! or use advice as my post before!!!

I did download one, I talked to Rogers about it and they said they just don't allow them on their phones. GRRRR
