Possible to use proxy with java apps?

Hi , to use apps like qeep or opera mini these apps use apn to get connected on internet and my country is ivoiry coast . i would like know if it's possible to use a proxy + port with apps java to change country .
I have a nokia s40 and a s60

Can You contect your service provider's costmer care and resivide a gprs setting,save it.and you are done to your mobile was 2 minate and back than on it and play your all java's app's.

Sorry for late reply, you can use any proxy server foe cell phones available on internet.
I cant give you the full link cos its against zedge rule.
