Unlock siemens m65

I have M65 with phone code.
one day some have wrong input phone code, now my M65 Phone code disable.

SOmeOne can help me to unlock it, and how to know secret number for my M65..
for assistant can give me intruction, how to unlock & get secret code, and if there any powerfull software or tools can reset M65 to default setting. I have firmware from manifacture< nad I tried it, but still didn't works for my M65...

1. option is to take it to service center (prolly gonna cost u)
2. option is to get the code using a data cable (dca500 or dca510) and "Papua" program.
