Ok first id like to ask is in my phone it says v802 so which category does it go under v800 or z800? and then um i was wondering because there are alot of places where im not getting signal is it because of my phone or is it because of the provider? and at times when its at 2 or 3 bars of signal sometimes my messages doesnt want to send?? whats up with that is there anyway i can fix this problem maybe getting a new firmware?? please help thnx and is it possible to change the housing of this phone to like silver or white?
