Hello guys,I am using a Nokia X2-01 phone from June,2011 and I am experiencing a strange problem.I have some songs on my Memory Card and they're in good quality and plays in PC or other mobiles too but some of it does not run at all on mine(all songs are mp3).When I shoot photos,sometimes it is saved as multiple copies.Also,while moving files,they are copied instead of being moved.I went to the nearest Nokia care and got my mobile repaired but the same thing has started again.Help me.

Hi, i think you should Update your phone. it may be a firmware bug, Always Keep your phone up to date, the best way to do that is connecting your phone to a pc/laptop with internet access ofc, then update it via Nokia Suite

Are you sure my phone will be alright if I just update my phone's firmware from my pc without visiting the Nokia care?

if not then visit a mobile shop...where u can update ur OS....

Updating via Nokia Suite is completely safe. well ofc if you remove the cable during installation or whatever then you might kill the phone, of you cant do it via nokia suite take it to a Official Nokia Care center. they will do it for you

I tried updating my phone using the "Download Phone Software" from my mobile but it doesn't works as it says "No new software found"....

Try doing it from pc. and if there is no UPDATE available try reinstalling your current Firmware. also with Nokia Suite
