i have a motorola v635. i have downloaded an application and transferred it to my pictures through usb cable to the phone. i would like to know how the application will install. i dont see any form of file manager on this phone. also, are applications installable only through downloads? if not, please help me out.

I have figured it out. i need help with another thing though. i need a mp3 player for my v635 as i have accidentally deleted it from my phone. does someone know where i can get any java based mp3 player?
