I recently found a Samsung E720 and the person who lost it must have had the phone blocked. When I put a t-mobile chip in it the phone comes on but I cannot make or recieve calls.

Does anybody know how or where I can get the phone unblocked?
I would really appreciate the help.

The best u can do is to go to an unlock shop and get it unlocked

Or simply return it or post an ad. so his owner can get it back .... u know it is a matter of honesty
