May be you store mp3, video or images in your phone memory. Check for those and if there is a lot, move those to card memory. You can format your phone memory by connecting it to PC using data cable. In that case, you'll lose your own data only, such as mp3, video, images, contacts etc.

First, you need not make so many posts in a row. Instead, use Edit option.
Anyway, try to delete it after restarting your phone. If the problem persists, get your phone formatted. If you dont have own PC, go to an authorized Nokia Service Center to get your phone software updated.

Those files are open. Go to phone menu>apps>office>note. After opening note, delete if there is any file or just exit.
Go to web browser>settings>privacy and clear privacy data, it will free phone memory very much.
Actually there are many apps files are stored in system folder(unseen) even if u uninstall those Apps.

So you better remove ur mmc than format it by *#7370#.
If its ask for security code try 12345.

After formatting u will get default phone memory.

Best of luck
