Time zone problem

I put my time zone as +05:30 [delhi, chennai, mumbai, kolkata] but still i've problem while visiting others profile. I wish to find the last visit of a person. His last visit is said as 'today 23:41' but here the time is 09:40 i couldn't understand its logic.

You have selected correct time zone according to Your country.

As u know 1pm - 12pm = 13:00 - 24:00.

His last visit 23:41(11:41pm) is his last log out time from zedge

Yup i know. But it was morning time here 9.30. But it showed as 'today 23.30' thats where i got confusion.
