My cousin has a cell phone unit Siemens C75 but we cannot change the sim card, when we use our sim card the unit says that network is locked, plz help us :s

Is your phone network Branded? well if it is it must be locked to the specific network... post your phone details in the unlocking topic and you'll be helped...
