maybe formating ur mobile can solve the problem
1 turn off ur mobile then turn it on
2 while the mobile restarting keep pressing on * and 3 and calling button and that will make the mobile back to the original situation of the factory

I'm not sure but that all what I know

dude it only works for s60v1,2 and 3 versions of nokia..
