Blocking activation of unwanted services

I'm a reliance gsm customer..my problem is that whenever i recharge my prepaid account some unwanted services/value added packs are being activated n if i try to get help from customer care services they tell its me who activated n most of the time i'm not getting even sms why the balance got reduced..is there any way to block these type of unwanted activations?

just change service provider . use mobile no portability

Well you dont surf reliance homepage & while surfing any sites see that its free & read its terms and conditions !
Also dont view R-menu in ur phones menu or dont surf using rworld.

Also you can change ur operator using mobile number portability service[Its cheap or free]!

well i'll remember it..btw is der any way to know our account details through net like billing,plan activated,etc

Nope, I guess, You have to ask ur service provider politely about this.
He will give u idea how to check current activated plan !
Or If u are postpaid customer than log in to Reliance website, It may give u some detail about ur plans.

only postpaid customer see their a/c detail . . ask customer care if there is any number to check last transaction/charge detail . .as there is one in vodafone . .

DND is a good service to avoid telemarketing & ads calls.
Some month back, i registered my mobile no. to DND but after that, whenever i sign up on any website with my mob no. . . . i never get confirmation sms which website sent(eg:- ovi.com, smsgupshup.com)
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Since ovi store apps. cant be downloaded on pc, i sent its link on mob via sms but its unsent even ovi website shows its sent.
So is it Because of DND service activated on my mob. no ? ?
