I used the unlock codes posted at the top, and I think they have worked - I am able to put my O2 Sim into my phone now, and confirm the PIN. However, after the this, the phone asks for a Network Lock code. Any ideas??

The phone is still locked. The E350e's are a little annoying to do in that you need a specific unlock cable. You'll need to take it to an unlocking centre, to get them to read the phone for this Network Unlock code.

Does the fact that it is an E350 not an E350e make any difference?

As far as unlocking's concerned, no. The "e"s and "i"s and the rest on the phone don't usually associate with locking system upgrades. The only one I can think of is the K700 and the K700i.

The E350 and E350e can only be done via cable to the best of my knowledge at the moment.
