Hello All,

I was wondering about the Nokia 3200, can they be 'hacked' so to say, im sure thats not the right words to use but im not sure how to word it.
Well.. hows the security? I dont understand it quite well.
Do you have security and privacy with your phone while still being connected to the net?
And also is the connection WAP and GPS? I confused ( :? )

Thanks for your help , { kinda no0b i know it sounds like, sorry }

We can't say that its fully secure. But there is no such known security issue about 3200 when it is connected to internet.

It is WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service).

Thank you
That would make sense, nothing is ever fully secure, just like anything really.

Im thinking about getting a new phone, having a few problems with mine, im thinking along the lines of a flip top phone with cam etc, so im looking into diffrent deals and all that.

Also(another question to anyone) with any other Nokia phones do the phones always come with the net already up and running? Is that normal?
I thought you had to ring up your phone service and get it to activate?

Welcome.

It is not about a Nokia phone. Sometimes the service provider already has a basic WAP\GPRS plan activated, otherwise you need to call them up.
