Q: What is email validation?
A: It is proving that you're the owner of the email address you registered in Zedge. Validating your email also proves that we can send emails to you without it disappearing in the Internet.

Q: Why validate?
A: You won't be able to send private messages, sign guestbooks, subscribe to Zedgers's uploads/searches or write comments on items without validating your email.

Q: How to validate?
A: To validate your e-mail address, simply go to www.zedge.net/my-account/settings/ if you're using a computer or m.zedge.net/?p=account-settings if you're using a mobile phone.

Under the section where it says: "Email" your registered e-mail address is showing. Behind your registered e-mail is your validation status.

If your validation status says: "Validated" and the text is in green you already have validated your e-mail and everything should be fine.

If your validation status says: "Not validated. Resend validation email >>" then you have not validated your e-mail. Click where it says "Resend validation email >>". You will then receive an e-mail from Zedge with a URL you need to click to validate your e-mail.

If your validation status says: "Not validated. Check your email & click the validation link" it means you have requested the validation URL within the last 24 hours. You should then check your e-mail for this URL to validate your e-mail.

Once you have validated your e-mail you won't have to do this in the future unless you change your registered e-mail address.

Note: The validation URL is also sent in the registration email.

Q: I've registered the wrong email address?
A: Go to www.zedge.net/my-account/settings/ if you're using a computer or m.zedge.net/?p=account-settings if you're using a mobile phone and click the link "change" behind the wrong email address.

Q: I don't receive any validation email from Zedge?
A:
- Try checking your "spam" folder for it.
- Make sure you haven't filtered emails from Zedge in any way.
- Make sure that you have registered the correct email address.

Check your email (including spam folder) ... a email was sent to you 7 minutes before you posted here.

Please follow the instructions in the first post to validate your email.
