I have been using Reliance netconnect bb+ for 2 years now.. it has got a great coverage.. speed is average and depends on the area.. customer care is the worst I have ever seen...plus, whenever Reliance Entertainment movies are released, Reliance blocks all the streaming websites except youtube for atleast 3-4 days (outrageous).
