Changing the size of the Samsung Rogue wallpapers from what they are now (480x800) to 800x800?

I'm sure not many people only want to have partial screens filled on their phones in either portrait or landscape mode, I know I don't. I'd also like to be able to upload my wallpapers for others to use, as well, but I am not going to re-size them for one website using the wrong sizes.
