Ringtone description must be at least...

Hello !

Every time i upload a ringtone, and want to write a description with some words more than just "Vote & Comment pls", i get the Error "Description must be at least 10 characters long".

Well writing about three or four longer sentences should do the requirements, but it doesn't.

There seems to be an exact range of characters to fill in the description, and the maximum has to be guessed.



Please give me further infos on this theme, to make it possible for me to write some more personal words for all users.

Just a quick question.. are you trying to copy paste a description or typing the whole thing out ?... i had the same issue... but when i tried typing out the whole thing.. it worked..worth giving a try (just trying to help )

Doesn't work for me. Still get the Error Msg. I never C&P always typing out.

Writing in Firefox. Wouldn't like to miss Firefox.....

you dont have to write a novel there bro...
just give a brief description of your uploads
then save it...
you are getting some errors maybe because
you are over doing it...

describing your ringingtone doesnt mean you have to put the tone's lyrics there you can just put "please vote and comment" i am also using firefox the latest version, having no problem at all. description box for ringing tones have 128 character and that is long enough. just avoid using characters such as ! # % & * ( ). perhaps siteguards also check the description and tags for new uploads. improper descriptions and tags will probably deleted. as for copy and paste thing, just be sure after pasting whatever description you want, you press spacebar once so you will see how many characters more are there.
