Themes For Nokia E51

when i want to instal a theme i downloaded from zedge to my nokia E51, using the install application function, i get a message the there's a certificate failure and the i have to contact the supplier of the phone!

anyone with the same problem who managed to install theme's anyway or solved this problem?
