Helo every one
I Buy Nokia N97 Last week
2 day ago I see My camera is have problem that is when I open the camera it hang up the black screen and not show 2 camera is black.

I have do any thing For repair problem for example factory reset ----hard reset----firmware update to V20-----And any other .

well if a factory reset or anything like that is not solving it, then take it back, its obviously a fault somewhere.

Keep it simple try basics things like Reset your phone......If not working then take it to service center.
Dont update the firmware its not going to work.

But I TAKE IT TO SERVICE CENTER THEY SAY THAT THE NOKIA COMPANY NOT SEND N97 CAMERA FOR CHANGING.

please dont post in all caps ! it is against zedge rule !

i know what is your problem , this problem actually happens if your phone fall on the ground or if you hit it somewhere ! there is sensitive little stuff under that camera cover and i think that was damaged !

you have no way just bring it back to where you bought i'm sure they will repair it for you!

mine's also got the camera problem in my nokia n97.i simply take it to the nearest nokia care.but it takes more then a month to fix the prob,then i bought a new nokia n86 8mp,then wait for my n97.before send it to nokia care,u should backup ur phone 1st.they will not give warranty to your data lost.hehe.cheer up

If Servis center cant repair it there is no other way !
