even if you put your profile in private you will be seen as online
ive noticed that some people who get online from their mobile device doesnt appear to other people's profile views
but you will be seen in their friend's lists (if you are) or in your main profile as online still

it may be convienient to put a status as offline while uploading stuff on zedge however as zedge is a mobile site and has both mobile stuff and social networking the first preference is given to mobile stuff...other social networkin sites may have this option but zedge is not a complete social networkin site so i dont reccomend this
