Hi Guys, I know this is gonna sound stupid, but cant wait to get updated...

I wanna know what exactly this unlocking mean?
I bought a cell phone from any carrier in USA. Its a GSM phone. And if i want to use it in any other country with new carrier, can I use the same handset without any problems?
If no, then how to do unlocking? Is it easy to do? We can do it ourself or will have to show it to some other party?

Please somebody make me understand this things... LOL
