Hi every one, guys i am having problem with the phone memory of this set. Many of the web site provide us this information that the phone memory of Nokia 6303 classic is 64MB which is wrong. It'z phone memory is 17MB. But in my set the phone memory is only 8-9 MB. Whenevr i apply any theme which is installed in my memory card i'm able to see variation in the free memory of the phone. . So guys tell me what to do now. Free memory of the Phone memory decreases when i apply any theme

It's normal for all S40 phones. The phone memory will take on the exact file size of the theme you apply even the theme is on the memory card.

Can anybody provide a solution to this problem??? I'm facing the same thing. My phone mem is set to 11 mb now from 17mb.

Hoho, IS it the problem of nokia 6303 classic. My phone internal memory just 11mb.

THE main resone Behind this Problem is that whan anyone install some Files like Themes than there is a File is Created by Phone itself and save in Phone memory..and after removeing that File thay also Remain same soo the solution of this Prob is that u just Connect your Cell with your Pc via usb cable and See your mobile Phone memory... there are Folder name that is - Instell and application you only have to do that only delete that files which in not in your cell but stil there name is Showing in this Folder...

Hope Problem is sloved ..

simply reboot ur phone memory by *#7370# but sure to back up ur contacts to sim

Tried & tested by me!!!

Problem: Every time you apply a theme from ur ext mem ur phone mem gets reduced showing u a msg" not enough phone mem".

Solution: Keep on applying themes from the phone mem(default themes) until u see ur phone mem returning to normal size!!!

avi27n upto how many times we have to continuously apply the default themes? Because i've tried 5-6 times but the promble remains the same
