Buying stereo headset for 7610?

The output out of the stereo headset from nokia ENGAGE is awesome..if i were to use it for my 7610 will it be the same or is it going to be the mono output of 7610?

The 7610 cannot output Stereo sound because Nokia chose it to be that way, not because the supplied headset is simply low quality.

Nokia simply dont want their customers using their phones as MP3 players, so they dont appear to be supporting MP3 piracy.

Yes you will only get mono-sound out of your 7610...

Well... forced stereo does sound a bit bad, with some mp3 playes that can be a bit fixed, but any try to covert mono2stereo will fail. You wil get same signals in both speakers.
