Hi and to Zedge

You don't need an antivirus. Your phone can't be infectred by a virus. Nokia 6233 is a Nokia Series 40 phone. Only smartphones (Series 60, Series 80 and Series 90) can be infected b viruses.

Now it seems you are having a problem. It's not a virus and it surely can be fixed with a master reset, a firmware update or taking it to a service center.

Please descrtibe the problem you are having.

I know you are trying to help but please don't give misleading answers.

Non-smartphones can't be infected by viruses. ANd Noklia 6233 is not a smartphone.

Java applicatins are trestricted in several ways for security reasons. SO it is impossible to create a harmful Java app.

You can see it for yourself; go to getjar s you said, search for "antivirus" and all the results you are going to get are antivirus for Windows Mobile, Symbian and other perating systems for smartphones, handhelds and PDAs.

Just to make it clear:

If your phone is not working properly and it's not a smartphone/PDA, then you don't have a virus. There is some other cause.

If you use your phone as a removable drive access your phone memory or memory card from your computer and your [computer] antivirus finds an infected file, this won't infect your mobile. Just be careful when using your mobile to transfer data between computers. Non-smartphones can't execue executable files and that's another reason why they can't be infected.
