how to open backup files of W580i ???

i backup all my contacts and msg in my pc, but i m not able to open it. please gimme d solution. file extension is .dbk

Dont try to mess with the backup file or else u mite loose ur info....also no specific programs available fr checking the contents of backup....restore it to ur phone again to chk wats included....
