Are you using a blth dongle for uploading . i ask this because my other half has a 720 and we purchased a dongle at the same time and using the dongles software we have no problems uploading mp3s and pics/3gpvids

hope this is of some help

p.s are you using drag and drop, with ours you open your mp3 files pick one drag it to the phone software and it uploads to the correct folder

Hi again

the software that came with our dongle is called blue soleil it came on the driver disc with our dongle , i suppose you could do a google and see if you can obtain it that way . apparently this software should work with any blth dongle. hope this helps

dont know if this will help you but we open the blue soliel software activate the e720 when pc and phone are paired i open our music files on the pc pick an mp3 file and drag and drop it into the dongle software at this point the 720 clicks into life and the file is uploaded . i kow this sounds too simple but thats really how easy it is my other half who is a confirmed technophobe has even used it and could not believe how easy it was , i think i will become redundant very soon . keep trying you will beat it soon

Is the phone a Vodaphone branded phone?

I've heard of them stopping you downloading mp3's and stuff to force you to buy theirs.

Even so, I use a bluetooth dongle with Wicom (SP?) drivers, and a D500, but it all works fine.

I say invest in a seperate data suite, the standard ones I've heard not alot about, except they're over priced.
