Hello.I have a problem.My moto shows unable to charge ant switches off by itself.I've cleaned contacts,but nothing changed.Please help me!

I have had the A835 for about two years now and the same problem happened to me. to fix this problem all you have to do is plug your charger into the usb connection cable you get for the computer and then plug that into your phone!

you might also want to try re-formatting your phone:
settings/phone status/storage devices/phone/format

hope that works for you as it is VERY anioying!!

I have the same problem on E1000
I thought reason was my charger its not original...
I dont have usb cable what should I do???????????
