Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a problem. For some reason I can not work out sometimes my phone software works and others it wont. When it doesn't work it just says phone not connected, it does this for weeks sometimes then all of a sudden it will work.

Any Ideas?????

Have you tried the obvious rebooting of the phone and pc ?

My phone often does the same thing, but by turning it off and back on again it fixes.
