Hi, i have been trying to convert video files into 3gp/mp4 with the program called ImTOO 3GP Video Converter. Most of the time it fails due to the settings but when it actually works, the quality is not that great and sometimes the audio doesnt flow with the video.

Does anybody know any good video/audio settings?

Make sure you select 3GP or MP4 codecs, in QCIF resolution (176x144).

Set the video bitrate to 95kbit/sec

Set the audio bitrate to mono 48kbit/sec, 16000hz, AAC codec

Select a target frame rate of around 16fps

Personally i dont like that app, i prefer to use mpegable x4 live, it encodes higher quality videos much easier, and has more advanced options.
