Can anyone tell me a program that can i use to resize images for my mobile phone Samsung E720(from 1024*768 to 176*220 pixels the resolution of the screen) ? and of course the site were i can find that program.
I have a program but is not good he can not preserve original aspect ratio ACDSee 7.0

Use microsoft picture manager, comes with microsoft office.

I used microsoft picture manager but is not good he didn't make my pictures at 176*220 pixels.
