Rock Band, easy!
Why? Rock Band has a much better selection of songs, with so many downloadable songs that you wouldnt belive it. I also like how Rock Band plays in contrast too Guitar Hero. I feel that as a guitar player in GH, you play many things that are not guitar at all, like keyboard solos and the such.
