Well what I did (and this might seem stupid but it worked) after I downloaded it off zedge, I saved the ringtone in "MY DOCUMENTS" on my computer (makes it easy to find). I plugged in my phone (via USB) into the computer and copied the ringtone in the "my_sounds" folder on the memory card. If you check "sounds" in "music & sounds" in the media gallery the ringtone should be there, but you still wont be able to use it . Here is the stupid part, while still in "sounds" highlight the ringtone you want and hit "options" then "send". You have to send it to yourself in a text message. When you get the message, open it, hit "options" and then "save object (audio)". It will ask you to give it a name and then hit "save". Go back to your ringtones in "music & sounds" in the media gallery. TA DA!! We have free ringtones. |
