Do they make themes for the Razr V3, if they do, can i download them on a different phone and send them to the Razr via bluetooth

Johnelwayfan_7 you cannot install Motorola V3 skins via Bluetooth. You will need to do it directly from your pc, with your usb data cable, USB Hanset drivers installed from MotoDev http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/USB_Drivers/ and to install the skins you will need skiman software.
