Nothing can compete reading. When we read something we imagins the places, characters as our own. Thus our mind get a scope to think. And thinking evolves us. But when a book is become picturized by directors, our own imaginations grinds at that very moment. We get carried away by someone else's imagiantion.

reading is without a doubt the better option...
when you watch something, your imagination is limited only by what your eyes are made to see...
whereas when you read something...the image your brain can form in an instant has no bounds...which makes it a hundred times more interesting..
thats my opinion anyway..

..i think it is both reading and watching for me. i love to read books because they make me learn new words and also it makes me explore my imagination..it makes my brain work.but don't get me wrong, watching can also be good.it also makes me learn new things..new words..new lines..and it also makes me see things that i can only imagine..so its both for me..

Reading is much better than watching. When reading, you can become the person you read about. When you watch, you are still engrossed in the saga but you are only watching someone act.You do not have as personal experience as you do when reading.

Depends.. Apparently both ways you can remember things, but somehow when I watch something it often happens for me to forget some details.. And of course, we all know that nowadays no one likes to read anymore..

reading a story is always, without an exception, the better option. it is more enjoyable. you can create your own images of the characters, by following their description. and when you watch it you accept the images from the screen as the charecters. furthemore, movies are not a 100% reflexion of the stroy in the book, in most cases.

For me ..watching is a better option.

I simply hate reading ..i feel it boring. It doesn't matter if they are pictures, videos, etc ..watching gives you a clearer view of the object in just a single glance
I find it more creative & artistic !!
