any one who can help me on how to format my xda ii mini.it just went off the other night and does not open anymore. i had it checked and i was told that it should be reformat. any softwares that i can use so i can format it myself. many thanks!!!

You cant actually format it, but you can do a hard reset which will erase everything and restore the ROM:

Press the reset button (with your stylus) at the botton of phone + press standby button at the right of phone together.

If its not a hardware issue it should restore and start back up.
