back on topic, boys aren't smarter than girls, nor are girls smarter than boys. They learn differently too each other. Girls may mature earlier than boys, but that doesn't necessarily make them smarter.

Generally women succeed more than men academically but it does not necessarily mean they are smarter. Gender is not a factor to determine whether a person is smart or not.
