if the firmware you want to upgrade. go to nokia.com and download and install the pc suite.and then just follow the instructions.you must have internet connection and usb cable. make sure that your mobile phone is fully charge.

is your mobile 6630 or 6300? your profile mention 6630

check your mobile if it hase the update feature in the settings menu, if available, then you need Nokia PC Suit and datacable as mention above
