XviD Codec for Nokia

Hello everybody i hope you can help me, want to ask where can i get XviD codec for my Nokia 5220 XpressMusic to play XviD video formats, can anyone post me link here? And have one another question when i convert Xvid format to a MP4 video format then i play MP4 on phone quality is very good but why video have bad FPS and sound block, thx for the help.
