LG Dare ringtone download

I cant seem to get ringtones downloaded to my lg dare. Ive tried downloading to my pc then senting to phone via my number@vtext.com and it just removes the attachment. Ive tried saving in my faves on pc then going to from my phone but there is no option to download. I can only listen to the file... Please help me.. Thanks

Ok im glad im not the only one because i have a DARe also and i have the same problem. PLEASE HELP US... =-) thank you

That makes at least three of us. I have the same problem. I get to the download webpage on my phone where it displays the hyperlink "download to phone". Only when I click on it, it just plays the ringtone. It doesnt give me an option to download. I tried downloading to my computer and then sending it to my phone but it stores it in my music. If anyone has the answer, please help us.

If you have a bluetooth enabled pc or ibook, you can send the file with no problems to your phone via bluetooth. The file will come up under your 'my sounds' menu. From there, just text the sound to yourself and then save it as a ringtone. Hope this helps.
