dont know is the right place or not for this topic.I am seeing few wallpapers named and tagged as Animated but as we know that Zedge dont support gif file type.So people are getting fooled by the names of those wallpapers and they are downloading those wallpapers.For that the original i mean not fake are not getting downloaded properly.So why is that those fake Wallpapers cant be deleted?or why those wallpapers name could be changed automatically?they are fooling lots of people by doing that....and they are getting the awards and the persons who deserved those awards is not getting it just for those..... My request to the Admins plz do something about this....

i have another opinion which is that some wallpapers that i see in zege in here called animated are really animted wallpapers cause i already saw them on a nother site that supports animated wallpapers
so its either people still donot know that zedge donot support animted stuff of they just ignore that and still call it animated

while there are no animated wallpapers or screen savers in the download section of zedge there are some in the forums http://www.zedge.net/forum/f/20/videos-animations-and-screensavers/

to solve this prob. i think zedge team should remove any tags or name for any uploaded item containt animated

Yes, i think its right to automatically delete the wallpapers named or tagged as animated in the wallpaper section because zedge does not support uploading of animated wallpapers...

I though it's n0t only the zedge was have the resp0nsible for that problem.. But also the one who upload the wallpapers.. I hope they gve a proper name to what they have uploaded..

Friends, I also experienced this problem and the moderators said that ZEDGE always converted every GIF into JPG automatically... so the only way to get the real ANIMATED GIF is to ask the ZEDGER or the creator who posted it, as one of them I provide a link to get my animated wallpapers.

Yes this is correct we do not currently support animated gif's.
Fake wallpapers is a little harsh but I guess i hear what you are trying to say.....
