Hello I recently downloaded a ringtone from here onto my phone. Its an mp3, 24 seconds long and about 400kb...My phone keeps giving me an error saying it cannot use this type of file as a ring tune. I'm knew to this, can any one help?

Try to copy an MP3 file from your personal collection (not downloaded from Zedge) or any other MP3 file from elsewhere and see if the problem persists. Your problem may be caused by phone branding (your carrier disabled the feature to force you to buy ringtones from them exclusively).

Use software covert mp3 file to lowest than 320kbs is ok. 128kbs is ok.
