Morning all,

I'm having a hard time getting the wallpaper I create to look as good as the wallpapers that come with the phone. I think its a resolution problem. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Also, I'm having a hard time getting ringtones to my phone. I know I can only get polyphonic ringtones. I've tried a couple here. Are they all MP3?

I'm happy I found this site because it was really easy to get a picture of my cat onto my phone... but would really like to know how to get the best quality possible.

Thanks,
Have a Good One.

Depending on what program you use, you can turn-up the resolution (when you save it or when creating a new template to start with). If you're using pictures from other sources, make sure they are of good quality too. I use adobe photoshop cs3.

Unfortunately mp3's are the only format available

Depends on your phone screen. I'm not really familiar with Samsung phones.
If you dont know either, you can check out www.gsmarena.com to see what your phone has.

Anyway, for my phone, i use 320*240 wallpaper size. So if i plan to make good wallpapers, i'd have to get or make graphics or pictures that has the same or larger resolution than that. You can also play around with the "dpi" settings.
